Our breakfast, brunch and lunch menu is served all day.  Our catering and finger food menu is a pre set menu with advance orders.

We use locally-grown organic wheat and corn. These whole grains are stone ground on site, so that your breakfast contains the absolute freshest ingredients.

From the Mill, whole-wheat flour and corn meal are delivered to our kitchen, where  our wonderful cooks lovingly add buttermilk, fresh eggs – and a few other secret ingredients – to the flour and corn meal to make the batter for our golden whole-wheat pancakes and corncakes.  Our corncakes are made with corn meal instead of wheat flour and are gluten-free, light, and very tasty.

Life is a little slower here at the Readyville Mill.  You’ll notice we don’t have a drive-thru window!  Our pancakes and corncakes are made from scratch as you order them, so it will take a little time to prepare. We encourage you to sit back, have a cup of coffee or a glass of iced tea, and visit with your friends, family and neighbors while we prepare your meal.  We assure you it will be worth the wait!
When you have finished eating, we invite you to stroll around the grounds and enjoy the beautiful Stones River.  The Mill and all our other buildings are open, and you are welcome to explore and enjoy the rich history that surrounds you.

Please stop by our Mill Store and take home a bag or two of freshly ground corn meal, grits, or whole-wheat flour – as well as some of the best local honey, jams and jellies you have ever tasted (available seasonally).
