The Eatery

Your breakfast starts in the Mill where we stone grind Tennessee grown, USDA Gertified Organic wheat and corn into flour and meal. We then deliver them to our kitchen, where we add buttermilk, fresh eggs – and a few other secret ingredients – to make the batter for our golden whole-wheat pancakes and corncakes.

We offer a complete breakfast, brunch and lunch menu (find it under the menu tab) which we serve all day.  Our hours are Friday 9am-2pm, Saturday 8am-2pm and Sunday 9am-2pm. We highly recommend reservations but they are not required.  Large groups are welcome but remember, everything is made fresh and takes extra time.  Call 615-563-6455 for more information.
